We’ll walk through how the NationsBenefits platform helps members get the most out of their allowance, including:
- Checking their current benefit balance in real time
- Reviewing past purchases and transaction history
- Activating a new card quickly and securely
- Requesting a replacement card if one is lost or damaged
- Shopping online for eligible items and having them delivered
- Locating participating retailers where benefits can be used
